CNC Milling Machine Operator 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client requires a dedicated professional to undertake the following tasks:

• Programming, setting up and operating CNC milling machines for the production of precision parts

• Performing setup procedures and tool changes on the machines

• Monitoring manufacturing processes and ensuring compliance with quality standards

• Inspecting manufactured workpieces using measuring instruments and conducting quality checks

• Optimising machining programmes to increase efficiency and productivity

• Maintenance and care of CNC milling machines as well as troubleshooting minor faults

• Interpreting technical drawings and work plans

• Documenting manufacturing processes and recording relevant production data

• Collaborating with production planning and other departments

• Adhering to safety regulations and work instructions

• Contributing to continuous improvement processes in manufacturing

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a polymechanic, mechanic or comparable technical qualification

• Solid knowledge of CNC programming and operation, ideally in milling

• Experience in setting up and preparing CNC milling machines

• Confident handling of technical drawings and work plans

• Knowledge of quality control and use of measuring instruments

• Understanding of manufacturing processes and optimisation possibilities

• Independent, precise and quality-oriented working style

• Technical understanding and manual dexterity

• Teamwork skills and good communication abilities

• Willingness to work shifts
