Temporary HR Generalist

For an international company with over 1,000 employees, we are looking for an experienced individual to support the HR team as a HR Generalist 80-100%

Responsibilities

• Focus on HR administration
• Support HR Business Partners in HR processes
• Assistance with recruitment and employee support
• Preparation of contracts and work references in English
• Depending on capacity, participation in the HR Job Architecture project

Requirements

• Experience in HR administration / as an HR Generalist
• HR further training mandatory
• Good knowledge of Swiss labour law
• Fluent German and English skills - company language English
• IT-savvy and digitally proficient
• Independent, reliable and service-oriented

Your benefits

• Duration: 3-6 months, option to extend
• Salary: CHF 80,000-90,000 p.a. at 100%
• Home office: 2 days per week possible
