On behalf of a pharmaceutical industrial site, we are looking for an Energy & Utilities Engineer responsible for managing energy optimisation projects and improving the performance of technical installations
Your missions
- Monitor and technically challenge a heat pump installation study carried out by an engineering firm.
- Install and monitor energy and fluid meters, ensure data transmission to the BMS and guarantee the reliability of the metering.
- Implement performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with various departments to correlate energy consumption with production activities.
- Study and deploy optimisation actions on steam and compressed air networks.
- Conduct leak detection campaigns on the compressed air network.
- Manage energy optimisation projects on HVAC installations (pre/post measurements, result analysis, recommendations and deployment).
- Study possibilities for improving HVAC systems and conduct associated tests.
- Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to identify and implement solutions to reduce energy consumption while respecting GMP constraints.
- Technical training (Engineer, Bachelor or Senior Technician) in energy, utilities, industrial engineering or equivalent fields.
- Good knowledge of energy management and optimisation.
- Experience in monitoring industrial technical projects.
- Ability to carry out operational field activities: measurements, surveys, controls and analyses.
- Good interpersonal skills to communicate with Production, Maintenance, Quality teams and external partners.
- Autonomous, dynamic, pragmatic and results-oriented person.
- Experience in a pharmaceutical or GMP environment is a significant advantage.
- Industrial utilities (HVAC, steam, compressed air, industrial water).
- Energy metering and data analysis.
- BMS / technical supervision.
- Energy performance analysis and continuous improvement.
- Project management and technical report writing.
