Description
1. Client Onboarding & Compliance
- Collaborate closely with Legal and Compliance teams on all KYC/AML procedures.
- Ensure the full conformity of client files throughout their lifecycle (onboarding, reviews, updates, suitability).
- Prepare, collect, verify and submit all required documentation (tax forms, investment profiles, declarations, corporate documents).
- Maintain accurate and complete digital and physical client records.
2. Coordination With Custodian Banks (10+ banks)
- Serve as point of contact for all operational matters with the firm's network of custodian banks.
- Manage account openings, documentation packages, follow-ups and approvals.
- Negotiate and coordinate responses to custodian queries and specific requirements.
- Manage cash transactions, transfers, FX instructions and liquidity movements.
- Follow up on settlements, pending items, corporate actions and reconciliations.
3. Client Servicing & Administrative Support
- Handle client requests related to cash movements, statements, reporting and documentation.
- Prepare personalised client reports, portfolio reviews and meeting packs.
- Assist in the preparation and organisation of client meetings, ensuring all materials are accurate and up to date.
- Provide day?to?day administrative support to the RM and PM teams.
4. Investment & Portfolio Support
- Monitor financial markets, macroeconomic trends and investment research relevant to client portfolios.
- Support PMs in portfolio construction, allocation adjustments and optimisation.
- Assist with preparing investment proposals and tailored investment ideas.
- Manage subscriptions/redemptions, pricing checks and follow-up with fund providers.
5. Order Execution & Trading Follow?Up
- Enter and transmit trade orders (equities, bonds, funds, FX, structured products, etc.).
- Monitor execution quality, confirmations and settlement with custodian banks.
- Escalate and resolve discrepancies with operations and banks when necessary.
- Support risk management by monitoring exposures, limits and liquidity constraints.
6. Reporting & Portfolio Reviews
- Prepare periodic and ad?hoc performance reports, portfolio summaries and analytical dashboards.
- Contribute to internal investment materials and risk reports.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all documentation shared with clients and internal teams.
Profile
- Experience in wealth management, private banking, investment support or financial operations.
- Strong understanding of KYC/AML, Swiss regulatory framework and banking documentation.
- Knowledge of financial instruments and portfolio mechanics.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage priorities in a multi?custodian environment.
- Client-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
- Fluent in English and French; other languages are an asset.
- Strong proficiency with Excel and portfolio management systems is a plus.
