Call Agent Certas Support Line 60-100% (m/f/d)
YOUR MISSION WITH US
You process and coordinate the on-call orders of our clients
You provide remote support and control parking systems, lifts and secured premises
You perform administrative tasks / changes and maintain statistics
You support our alarm centre with maintenance requests and technical reports
Willingness to work flexible hours: shift work from Monday to Saturday from 06:00 to 22:00 (Sunday work in exceptional cases)

WHAT YOU BRING
You have completed basic training (industry-independent)
You are confident in using MS Office and Windows
Security and technical affinity: You remain calm in alarm situations and quickly familiarise yourself with technical topics.
You master German spoken and written and bring at least one foreign language (E/F/I) at B1 level
Solution-oriented action: Reliable in the standard, smart in exceptions – thanks to networked thinking, you always find the right solution.
For this position, a clean criminal record and debt collection register extract are required
