Business Process & Transformation Manager (m/f/d)
Role:
Digital transformation does not mean introducing as many new tools as possible. The key is to improve processes and use technology where it creates real added value. This is exactly the focus of this versatile role.
Responsibilities:
Further development of the process landscape and support of optimisation initiatives in collaboration with the specialist departments.
Recording and structuring business requirements as well as translating professional needs into viable system and process solutions.
Professional development of central business applications including interfaces, functional extensions and integrations.
Planning and management of digitisation, automation and organisational projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Coordination of software manufacturers, implementation partners and internal specialists.
Design and execution of tests, rollouts, training and measures for the sustainable anchoring of new solutions.
Preparation of key figures, reports and decision-making bases to support specialist departments and management.
Qualifications:
Higher education in business informatics, computer science, business administration or a comparable field.
Several years of experience in process optimisation, business analysis, project management or transformation.
Practical experience in handling complex requirements and translating between business and IT.
Knowledge of modern methods such as BPMN, requirements engineering, agile project work or change management is an advantage.
Strong interconnected thinking and the ability to quickly grasp complex contexts and present them clearly.
Assertive and at the same time empathetic personality with high initiative and strong solution orientation.
Fluent German skills in spoken and written form as well as enthusiasm for actively and pragmatically driving change.
