Your area of responsibility

• You are responsible for the nursing process based on the nursing models and nursing diagnoses applied at LUKS
• Contributing to the improvement of the quality and effectiveness of nursing is also part of your duties
• You take on the coordination of nursing in interprofessional collaboration
• Your commitment to the guidance, support and assessment of students and trainees is of great importance

Your experience

• You have completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH and bring practical experience in this field
• You convince through your high resilience even in stressful situations, communicate clearly and appreciatively, and enjoy working successfully in an interdisciplinary team
• Your empathetic behaviour as well as your ability to respond to the individual needs of patients and their relatives distinguish you and promote a trusting and professional care
