The Viteos group offers both individuals and businesses efficient, comprehensive and sustainable solutions in the fields of infrastructure, photovoltaics, storage batteries, heat pumps and electric mobility. Present in Romandy with its subsidiaries Viteos Solutions, Swiss-Green, Betelec, FTG and EMG Electroprocess, the Viteos group employs more than 500 people. Each of our companies pursues a responsible environmental and social policy and is committed to being a trusted partner, close to its customers.
Make our buildings efficient, sustainable and pleasant places to live
At Viteos, we support the energy transition of the region every day. This commitment also starts with us: in our own buildings.
To ensure comprehensive and optimal management of our buildings, balancing user comfort, legal compliance, sustainability and control of operating costs, we are looking for a Facility Manager ready to take charge of our future main site located in La Chaux-de-Fonds as well as our secondary site in Neuchâtel.
Your mission
As the Facility Management lead within the civil engineering coordination department, you are the point of reference for everything related to the life of our buildings. Your role: to ensure that our facilities operate reliably, efficiently and sustainably, serving those who work there daily.
The site will open gradually from 2027. During its commissioning, you will:
- take charge of the building, its technical installations, operating concepts and maintenance contracts
- participate in the final inspections and resolution of defects, and ensure warranty follow-up with companies and contractors
- implement the EAM/CAFM system (integration of plans, equipment and contracts) and the maintenance plan as well as associated processes
- coordinate operations with companies still present on site (adjustments, finishing, shared areas) to ensure continuity of service for occupants
- support the installation of employees and the familiarisation with new workspaces
Once the site is operational, you will:
- implement all operational management processes for our new activity site, oversee their implementation, ensure their deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement
- establish and monitor, with the technician, the preventive and corrective maintenance plan for technical installations (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, etc.)
- plan, supervise and control interventions by external service providers (cleaning, technical maintenance, security, etc.) and manage the internal team (technician, concierge)
- manage maintenance and service contracts concluded with third parties
- plan CAPEX/OPEX, manage operating budgets, and propose cost optimisation measures, notably energy-related
- ensure overall monitoring of our EAM/CAFM system: updating data (plans, equipment, contracts, intervention histories), scheduling preventive tasks, managing tickets and analysing building performance
- act as the contact point for occupants: receive and handle their requests and complaints via the ticketing system, and organise information sessions on equipment use
- ensure compliance with Swiss standards (safety, accessibility, energy) and coordinate regulatory and certification audits (Minergie, etc.)
- monitor energy consumption and usage targets, prepare reports on energy performance and maintenance costs, and lead sustainable and innovative initiatives (water, energy, waste)
- plan and supervise fit-out, renovation or extension works
- contribute to site safety and security, in close collaboration with the security officer and logistics department.
- ensure regulatory compliance of the site (safety, fire protection, accessibility, energy) and coordinate periodic inspections and associated audits (electrical installations, fire protection, energy certifications)
A true building conductor, you link users, internal teams and service providers so that everything runs smoothly, both behind the scenes and daily.
You are an experienced professional in technical building management, equally comfortable on site and in budget management.
You bring:
- a qualification in facility management or technical building management (ES, HES, federal diploma or equivalent training)
- proven experience in managing complex buildings
- a good command of digital tools for technical building management and maintenance such as CAFM
- in-depth knowledge of applicable Swiss regulations and standards (e.g. OIBT, SN EN ISO 52120-1, AEAI regulations)
- strong project management and coordination skills for multiple stakeholders
- a structured and synthetic mindset supported by good writing and interpersonal skills
Your service mindset will make the difference
Beyond your technical skills, you know how to build trust with users and unite service providers and internal teams around a common goal: buildings that work well and where people feel good.
Organised, responsive and rigorous, you know how to manage emergencies without losing sight of the long-term vision.
Why join us?
Because at Viteos, the energy transition is also lived daily, within our own walls.
You will have the opportunity to shape the management of our buildings and contribute concretely to their energy and environmental performance.
You will also join a company that aims to combine ambition and kindness, performance and trust, transformation and respect for people.
