CNC Technician 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You create and maintain machine programmes with a primary focus on CNC milling/turning (EDM as needed)

• You take care of the continuous maintenance and optimisation of existing programmes

• You are responsible for introducing and commissioning new parts on the production equipment, as well as their industrialisation and documentation

• You are responsible for the continuous optimisation of processes and programmes for existing equipment and parts and implement lean projects (CIP, 5S, SMED, etc.)

• You are involved in the introduction of new components and processes in collaboration with R&D or I&E and support these from the mechanical side

• You participate in internal projects such as maintenance and servicing, evaluation of new machines, infrastructure, as well as conducting various tests and also take on project responsibility yourself

• The procurement and provision of tools and fixtures according to valid standards, as well as the creation of documentation and its handover to production, complete your task profile

• You instruct production staff and provide 2nd level support for technical problems on the equipment and parts

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed vocational training as a polymechanic with experience in CAM programming, ideally with ongoing or completed technical further education (HF/FH)

• You have experience with Siemens and Heidenhain controls on CNC milling and turning machines as well as experience with machines such as Chiron, HAAS, Nakamura and Hermle

• Initial work experience with "Lean" and 5S is an advantage

• You are willing to participate in equipment and infrastructure projects and take on responsibility yourself

• You are a customer-oriented and team-capable personality with a very independent and analytical working style, good prioritisation skills and logical thinking

• Fluent German skills and good English skills complete your profile
