At our manufactory in Dietikon, we are looking for an experienced, motivated and committed person for the Master Data Department immediately or by arrangement.

Master Data Management (80-100%)

In our Master Data department, you are part of a dynamic duo responsible for impeccable master data maintenance. In this hub function, you work closely with Sales, Marketing, Production, PPS, Finance and Purchasing. What you will achieve with us: 

• Creation, further development and optimisation of reporting as well as deriving improvement opportunities 
• Responsibility for the creation of new articles, mass mutations as well as ongoing monitoring and ensuring master data quality
• Analysis, definition and continuous optimisation of processes in master data management 
• Participation in cross-departmental working groups and implementation of relevant changes in the master data environment 
• Management of master data projects and further development of existing solutions, for example in the area of variant configuration 
• Central interface function and close collaboration with various company departments 
• Creation of documentation and training materials as well as conducting corresponding training sessions

• Completed commercial training (EFZ) and at least 2-3 years of professional experience in the master data area 
• Very good SAP knowledge, especially in S/4HANA, as well as confident handling of MS Office and advanced Excel skills 
• High affinity for numbers and processes as well as a good understanding of cross-departmental workflows 
• Independent, structured and committed working style with the ability to reliably organise your own area of responsibility even in intense phases 
• Open, communicative and reliable personality with quick comprehension and enjoyment of collaboration with internal interfaces 
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form 
• Knowledge of the food industry and experience in project work are advantageous
