For our client, a modern and family-run retirement and nursing home, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed individual as Assistant in Health and Social Care (AGS) or nursing assistant in a workload of 50–100%.

The institution offers around 119 residents a safe and appreciative home. A dedicated team ensures professional care, support and accompaniment daily. The individual needs and quality of life of the residents are the focus.

Assistant in Health and Social Care

• Performing basic care and supporting residents in daily life
• Needs- and situation-appropriate care and support according to existing care plans
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living
• Observing health status and passing on relevant information to the responsible nursing professionals
• Careful and complete maintenance of care documentation
• Taking on domestic tasks
• Respectful and empathetic accompaniment of residents
• Collaboration with the nursing and care team

• Completed training as Assistant in Health and Social Care (AGS) or nursing assistant
• Enjoyment in working with elderly and care-dependent people
• Empathy and appreciative interaction with residents and relatives
• Reliable, independent and responsible working style
• Team spirit and flexibility
• Willingness to actively contribute to daily care routines
