For a digitally oriented service company in the Zurich region, we are looking for an experienced finance leader who not only manages numbers but actively uses them for corporate management. The company operates in a technologically driven market environment and combines stable structures with ongoing development and digitalisation.
In this key role, you are responsible for the financial management of the company and work closely with the executive management. You ensure transparency regarding results, liquidity, and risks, further develop planning and reporting tools, and also contribute to strategic and organisational issues.

Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the entire finance and accounting function and ensure reliable and efficient processes.
You coordinate monthly and annual financial statements and ensure high quality of financial information.
You develop budget, forecast and multi-year financial planning together with executive management.
You prepare meaningful management reports and KPIs and derive relevant recommendations for action.
You continuously monitor liquidity development and ensure forward-looking financial planning.
You use cost, result and variance analyses to support operational and strategic decisions.
You act as a sparring partner for executive management and other leaders on financial and business management issues.
You are responsible for or further develop the internal control system, financial governance structures and risk management.
You lead your team professionally and personally, ensuring clear responsibilities and efficient collaboration.
You assess financial impacts and prepare reliable decision-making bases for investments, business cases and strategic projects.
You continuously review finance processes, reporting solutions and systems and drive their standardisation and digitalisation.
Depending on organisational alignment, you take on additional responsibility for cross-functional administrative or corporate services topics.
Qualifications:
Higher education in finance, business administration, accounting or controlling at HF, FH or university level
Several years of professional experience in a responsible finance role
Sound knowledge of finance and accounting as well as budgeting and forecasting
Experience with management reporting, financial planning and business analyses
Good knowledge of liquidity management, internal controls and closing processes
Leadership experience or demonstrable professional leadership responsibility
Experience in direct exchange with executive management or comparable decision-making bodies
Strong understanding of digital finance processes and modern ERP or reporting solutions
Experience with organisational development, process optimisation or transformation is an advantage
Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset with a view to the overall business
Independent, structured and pragmatic working style
Communicative personality with confident presence at different hierarchical levels
Very good German skills as well as good English skills
