Your tasks
- Preparation of special diets for our patients
- Collaboration in the menu office, ensuring the interface with nursing
- Occasional patient consultations regarding nutrition
- Support, setup and final check at the plating line
- Occasional assignments in the cold and hot kitchen
- Compliance with production and hygiene guidelines
Your profile
- Completed training as a diet cook EFZ or FA (or equivalent qualification)
- Professional experience
- Keeping a cool head in hectic situations
- Self-initiative, creative and a team player
- Hygiene and order are a matter of course for you
