Quality Controller 2X8 (M/F)

On behalf of one of our clients in La Chaux-de-Fonds, we are looking for a Quality Controller on a 2X8 shift schedule (M/F).

Your future responsibilities:

• You will carry out quality control of finished and/or semi-finished products
• You will mainly perform aesthetic checks to ensure the visual conformity of the products
• You will carry out dimensional checks according to defined standards
• You will identify, analyse and report non-conformities
• You will ensure the traceability of the controls carried out
• You will contribute to maintaining the expected level of quality requirements

Your profile:

• You have proven experience in quality control of leather products (leather straps, leather goods or similar products)
• You have worked in an environment where aesthetic requirements are high
• You have good observation skills and an excellent eye for detail
• You master the basics of dimensional control
• You demonstrate rigour, autonomy and a good team spirit
• You are recognised for your sense of quality and reliability
