What you accomplish

• You are responsible for complex accident cases from a legal perspective and for monitoring the return to work in collaboration with our partners.
• Within the scope of benefits provided by the Federal Accident Insurance Act (LAA), you provide advisory and expert services.
• You are the primary contact for our clients with the aim of social and professional reintegration of accident victims.
• You coordinate the services of all institutions and partners involved in the network.
• You develop decisions based on a thorough examination of the medical, social and professional environment.
• To handle complex cases, you are a direct contact with our medical service.

What you bring

• You have obtained a commercial diploma at CFC level or higher. Further training in insurance is an advantage.
• You have gained professional experience in managing personal insurance claims and possess excellent knowledge of the LAA.
• As a service-oriented personality, you have a strong customer focus and are very comfortable with telephone contacts with insured persons.
• You have demonstrated analytical, synthesis and decision-making skills.
• You are stress-resistant and comfortable with information and communication technologies.
• Good knowledge of German is a strong asset.
