Senior Project Manager – Defence / Heavy Industry Sector (M/F)

Our client, an industrial company recognised for its expertise in the design and manufacture of high-tech mechanical equipment, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects for the Naval, Defence and Industry sectors.

You will be responsible for the complete management of projects, from their initiation to delivery, ensuring cost, time and quality compliance.

Your responsibilities

• Manage complex industrial projects from A to Z.
• Coordinate teams in engineering, production, purchasing and subcontractors.
• Ensure monitoring of costs, deadlines and risks related to projects.
• Be the main client contact throughout the project.
• Participate in cost estimations and preparation of technical offers.
• Guarantee the conformity of deliverables and compliance with contractual requirements.
• Provide regular reporting to clients and management.

Your profile

• Engineering degree in mechanical or a similar technical field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in industrial project management.
• Strong technical background, ideally in special machines, industrial equipment or mechanical construction.
• Excellent coordination, communication and client relationship management skills.
• Fluent French and English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient with MS Office tools and an ERP (ProConcept is an advantage).
• Availability for occasional travel in Switzerland and internationally.
