Your Tasks

• Professional care and support of patients in the psychiatric field
• Implementation of individual, resource-oriented and patient-centred care
• Recognising and assessing changes in the mental and physical condition
• Independent planning and monitoring of the care process during night shifts
• Crisis intervention and appropriate action in challenging situations
• Close collaboration with the interdisciplinary treatment team
• Careful nursing documentation and ensuring a structured handover

Our Requirements

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
• Professional experience in the psychiatric field
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working
• High social competence and empathy in dealing with patients
• Willingness to work mainly night shifts
