Network Operations Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- As an IT System Engineer in the network area, you are responsible for managing and executing various tasks in the network sector
- This includes independently detecting, analysing and resolving faults and performance limitations as well as the planning, coordination and implementation of network changes together with the engineering team
- You create change requests, implement them and conduct integration and acceptance tests
- Additionally, you review and maintain operational documents, documentation, specifications and requirement catalogues and act as the central contact for network faults
Qualifications:
- You have a higher IT education such as a professional certificate or degree or an equivalent practice-oriented qualification
- You bring solid knowledge in the field of networks, especially LAN/WAN, as well as experience in process definition and documentation writing
- Your high sense of responsibility and ability to think systemically distinguish you
- As an independent and communicative personality, you gladly take responsibility and can contribute proactively
- Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
