Building cloud platforms is one thing, operating them reliably is another. You cover both. You design SaaS platforms, implement them, and ensure their operation. You independently administer and configure identity, collaboration, and endpoint services. You technically support external partners through design, implementation, and migration phases.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the conception, construction, and operation of cloud platforms, especially SaaS
You support incident, change, and problem management
You administer and configure Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune, Exchange Online, Conditional Access, and security functions
You technically accompany external partners during design, implementation, and migration phases
Additionally, you work closely with internal departments and maintain technical documentation
Qualifications:
You have a professional training as an IT specialist EFZ with appropriate further education (e.g. HF in IT) or a comparable qualification
You bring several years of experience in engineering and operating cloud platforms
You are very familiar with Microsoft 365 and Azure and have knowledge of other cloud platforms
Experience with on-premises systems, open-source technologies, and IT security is an advantage
You are service-oriented, reliable, team-oriented, and ready for on-call duty
You communicate confidently in one official language, have good knowledge of a second, and solid English skills
