Department Manager: Women’s Outerwear and Underwear as well as Accessories
Responsibilities
- Together with around 14 employees, you ensure the sales success of your department as Department Manager for Women’s Outerwear and Underwear as well as Accessories.
- Your plan: You promote and develop your employees. This is how your team implements the company strategy.
- You think and act entrepreneurially. This guarantees that the right goods are always on the shelves and that they look top-notch.
- Your daily tasks? You create the staff deployment plan including cost control and implement measures to promote sales.
- General administrative tasks are naturally also part of your role in our successful company.
Requirements
- You are determined, solution-oriented, and a winning sales personality – with leadership experience in a department store? That would be perfect.
- Thanks to your vocational training in retail, you are a professional in your field. Ideally, you have acquired your business management skills through further training as a retail specialist.
- We expect you to have perfect written and spoken German. You can score points with us if you speak additional foreign languages.
- You are also familiar with common Office programmes.
- More convincing arguments for us? Several years of industry experience and a flair for fashion and trends.
