Business Information Systems Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 115,000Role:
In this role, you actively shape advanced and efficient HR management and effectively implement modern HR IT solutions. You advise HR specialists on how HR processes can be optimally digitalised and automated using flexible and versatile HR software. You analyse existing workflows, identify improvement potentials, and translate professional requirements into practical IT solutions. You are responsible for the professional conception and support of implementations and adjustments of the HR software and ensure that the defined HR processes are consistently supported. Through your expertise, you contribute decisively to making your clients’ HR management more efficient, transparent, and future-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- You take on project management in the areas of payroll, HR portals, and HR processes
- You install and configure the HR software solution for clients
- In this role, you train users in the efficient use of the software
- You provide professional support to your clients and assist them in ongoing operations
- In this role, you work closely with developers to implement software extensions oriented towards customer needs
Qualifications:
- You have completed a technical or commercial apprenticeship or secondary school diploma.
- Ideally, you have successfully completed further education (HF/FH) or are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science or business information systems.
- Initial experience as an ERP/HR project manager, preferably with Abacus HR and payroll.
- Solid knowledge in information and process management as well as in conception and business analysis.
- Strong independence, IT affinity, and enthusiasm for understanding existing processes and recognising optimisation potentials.
- Analytical, structured working style and a strong willingness to learn new things.
