Responsibilities:
The focus of your work is the further development of modern financial management, where you combine classic controlling tasks with digital solution approaches.
You translate financial data into meaningful management information, present relationships transparently, and support executives in strategic and operational decisions.
You critically question existing controlling processes, identify improvement potentials, and implement more efficient and future-oriented solutions together with internal partners.
From standardising reporting structures to developing dashboards and automated analyses, you take responsibility for the further development of the controlling landscape.
In projects and in exchange with specialist departments, digitalisation, and management information, you contribute your expertise and develop practical solutions for different needs.
Qualifications:
An academic education in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field forms your foundation, complemented by sound knowledge in controlling or finance.
You have at least five years of experience in controlling and are familiar with the requirements of professional financial management.
You are familiar with SAP as well as modern BI, reporting, AI, and automation technologies and have already successfully further developed digital processes or solutions.
You have very good German and English skills.
