Wealth Planner - Financial Services

We are looking for a senior Wealth Planner / Financial Planner to join our clients team and play a central role in the structuring, optimisation and long-term positioning of client portfolios.

A fast-growing External Asset Manager based in Geneva, serving a sophisticated international private client base with independent and tailored investment solutions.

Description

• Design and implement holistic wealth and financial planning strategies for HNW and UHNW clients
• Lead portfolio structuring and optimisation, including asset allocation, risk management and investment efficiency
• Advise on wealth structuring, retirement planning, succession and legacy planning
• Support the firm's growth by developing internal processes, tools and best practices
• Act as a senior point of reference for complex client situations
• Participate in client meetings and collaborate closely with relationship managers and investment partners

Profile

• Senior-level experience (typically 10+ years) in wealth planning, financial planning or investment advisory
• Strong background within the Geneva wealth management ecosystem (EAM, private bank, multi-family office or advisory firm)
• Demonstrated expertise in portfolio construction and optimisation
• Experience working with U.S. clients (U.S. persons, cross-border clients, or U.S.-related structures) is a strong plus
• Solid understanding of international wealth management standards and regulatory constraints
• Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach
• Fluent in French and English
