jobgate ag is a personnel services company based in Aarau, specialising in the placement and leasing of skilled personnel in the fields of mechanics, engineering, IT, commercial professions, logistics, timber construction, chemistry and the construction trades.
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Quality Inspector NDT (a) to start immediately.
Responsibilities / Main Tasks
- Perform non-destructive material testing using UT, MT, PT and ET methods according to specifications, test plans and applicable standards
- Ensure goods receipt and book incoming goods
- Check supplier quality documentation
- Create and review internal quality documentation, test and procedural instructions
- Record fault reports, follow up and monitor implementation
- Monitor and maintain equipment for NDT procedures
- Release quality documents
- Conduct customer acceptance tests
- Maintain certificates and approvals
Qualifications / Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training, training as a materials tester or comparable professional experience
- Valid Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications in UT, MT, PT and ET are mandatory
- Additional NDT qualifications are an advantage
- Experience in industrial manufacturing
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Willingness to occasionally work in a two-shift system
