Customer Service Representative M/F (French-German)
>>> Your tasks:
- Manage customer orders from A to Z
- Respond to customer requests (FR/DE) and propose appropriate solutions
- Handle and follow up on complaints
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, production)
- Monitor deliveries and inform customers
- Update data in the ERP system
- Participate in the continuous improvement of customer service
>>> Your profile:
- Commercial or administrative training (CFC or equivalent)
- Experience in a similar position, ideally in customer service or order processing
- Excellent command of French and German (minimum C1)
- Comfortable with IT tools
- Service-oriented, good interpersonal skills and customer focus
- Organised, rigorous, autonomous and able to manage priorities
