ICT Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You are the first point of contact for employees with technical questions and competently support them with workplace, client, and peripheral issues.
You analyse and resolve hardware and software faults, ensuring a quick and sustainable solution in day-to-day business.
You install, configure, and maintain IT devices and assist with workplace changes, rollouts, and technical adjustments.
You ensure proper documentation of support cases and hand over more complex issues in a structured manner to the responsible specialists.
You manage hardware and accessories and contribute to smaller infrastructure and digitalisation projects.
Qualifications:
You have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ, ICT professional, or a comparable qualification and have gained initial practical experience in IT support.
You have good knowledge of Windows clients, Microsoft 365, common workplace technologies, and peripheral devices.
You are characterised by a strong service orientation and enjoy personally and solution-oriented supporting users.
You work in a structured, reliable, and independent manner and approach technical problems analytically and pragmatically.
You communicate confidently and professionally, enjoy working in a team, and keep an overview even with many simultaneous requests.
