Your tasks:
- Telephone customer service & dispatching
- Receiving and processing defect reports on household appliances
- Competent telephone customer advice and independent handling of enquiries
- Planning and organising efficient service technician deployments considering economic and ecological criteria
- Resolving simple technical issues by phone to reduce on-site visits
- Completed vocational training
- Experience in customer service or contact centre is an advantage
- Strong service and sales orientation
- Fluent German skills in spoken (Swiss German) and written form
- French and/or Italian skills are a great plus
- Confident handling of MS Office and modern IT systems
