What awaits you

• Independently manage complex accident insurance (LAA) cases
• Analyse and verify insurance coverages
• Examine entitlement to benefits and ensure their payment in accordance with legal provisions and internal guidelines
• Assess pension entitlement and decide on long-term benefits
• Draft various types of formal decisions, including granting, refusal, reduction or cancellation of benefits, decisions relating to causality, entitlement to disability pension or compensation for impairment of integrity
• Work closely with insured persons, employers, doctors, medical experts, lawyers, social insurance and other external partners

Your skills

• Commercial employee CFC - Federal diploma in social insurance - Bachelor/master in law - or equivalent training
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing complex LAA claims
• Good knowledge of German and/or English and Italian is welcome
• Comfortable with common IT tools
• Strong organisational skills, deadline management and ability to handle a heavy workload
• Empathy and interpersonal ease
• Availability from 1 December 2026, or date to be agreed
