Role:
The company is a leading energy service provider focusing on the production, distribution, and trading of energy as well as the development of sustainable energy solutions. With a strong regional presence and international orientation, it actively drives the energy transition and supports private and business customers with innovative solutions in the areas of electricity, heat, mobility, and energy efficiency.
Responsibilities:
You lead demanding hydropower projects from planning to implementation.
You coordinate specialist planners, construction companies, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
You manage procurement processes and oversee the awarding of construction and supply contracts.
You monitor schedules, costs, quality, and compliance with contractual requirements.
You ensure the implementation of occupational safety and environmental standards on the projects.
Qualifications:
Completed studies in civil engineering (ETH, FH or TU) or a comparable qualification.
Several years of experience in managing construction or infrastructure projects.
Sound knowledge in hydraulic engineering, power plant construction, or specialised civil engineering.
Organisational talent, negotiation skills, and confident appearance.
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
