Responsibilities:
You operate and further develop firewalls, security solutions, and VPN (Site-to-Site & Remote Access)
You ensure stability, performance, and security in multi-vendor environments
Troubleshooting, fault analysis, and resolving complex network and security issues are part of your daily routine
You support security incidents, escalations, as well as managed services and customer projects
Additionally, you contribute to presales, design, and implementation of new security solutions
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in the network & security field with Check Point, Fortinet, and/or Palo Alto
Knowledge of managed security services and ideally web security, DNS, or load balancing
Certifications such as CCSE, CCSM, NSE 5, or PNCSE are advantageous
Flawless German language skills, both spoken and written, customer orientation, and willingness for on-call duty complete your profile
