You support the establishment and further development of a specialised test team and ensure that complex insurance applications function reliably during releases and updates. You analyse business processes, develop test cases and ensure continuous quality assurance together with business analysts, developers and external partners.
Responsibilities:
You contribute to the building and expansion of the specialised test team and actively shape the testing process.
You plan and conduct tests for complex insurance applications, for example in the areas of claims processing and policy management.
You ensure end-to-end quality during releases and updates.
You create test cases and support their automation to ensure the correct mapping of insurance processes and logic.
You analyse test results and document any errors clearly.
You prioritise defects together with business analysts, developers and suppliers and oversee their resolution.
You actively contribute your experience to the further development of testing methods and quality assurance processes.
Qualifications:
You have completed a computer science education or a commercial basic education with experience in the insurance industry.
You have several years of experience in software testing.
Knowledge in the field of health and accident insurance is an advantage.
You enjoy testing applications in detail and analysing complex processes.
You are interested in test automation and modern quality assurance.
You work in a structured, careful and analytical manner.
An ISTQB certification is an advantage.
You enjoy communicating with various departments and working in a team.
