Together with our People & Culture Manager and People & Culture Coordinator, you will take care of our two Zurich hotels, bring the best colleagues on board, and ensure that the team has everything it needs. Through close contact with our employees, you make sure that everyone feels comfortable and enjoys working with us.
Job Description
What does your workday look like...
- You accompany employees from entry to exit
- You participate in employee interviews
- You support the organization of the entire recruiting process
- You write references and prepare contracts
- You take care of all administrative tasks in the HR area
- Together with the trustee, you carry out the monthly payroll runs in the absence of the manager and share responsibility for social insurances including the annual reconciliation
- You organize internal trainings and work closely with the corporate headquarters
- And last but not least – you always have an open ear for the concerns of all employees
Qualifications
Your personality counts more than your resume...
- You have a commercial background and have already worked in a comparable position in the hotel industry
- You have already completed your training as an HR Assistant and are familiar with HR processes in the hotel industry
- You always stay organized, even when all employees want something from you at the same time
- You can communicate well with our employees in both German and English
- You are confident in using all MS Office applications
- You possess broad know-how in all fundamental labor law topics including knowledge of the L-GAV
- You bring assertiveness, consistency, and team spirit to optimally support colleagues in employee management
- You are a doer – and openly admit when you have made a mistake
