The focus of this interesting and versatile role lies in supporting and advising sanitary and heating installers, planners, architects and vocational schools. This particularly includes the following activities:

• Ensuring high customer loyalty through first-class consulting and service
• Responsibility for project support in the own area: implementation according to offers and control of installation
• Collaboration with specialist retailers and wholesalers in coordination with regional sales managers
• Conducting customer training sessions as well as customer training at the Geberit Information Centre and in the companies
• Maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Handling complaints and objections
• Project tracking and market observation
• Overall responsibility for the planning and design of sanitary systems with Geberit products

You have completed an apprenticeship as a sanitary/heating technician installer as well as further training as a certified sanitary master, certified sanitary planner or sanitary technician HF.
In addition, you are characterised by the following points:

• Professional and authentic appearance and enjoyment of customer contact
• Courteous manners and a pleasant manner of expression
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Good IT user skills (MS Office, etc.)
• Team player, confident in negotiations and resilient
