For a leading company in the manufacture of high-precision components for medical technology, we are looking for a

CNC Programmer Milling (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Independent creation of CNC programmes with CAM (TopSolid) for milling machines (Heidenhain) as well as turning-milling centres Bumotec (Fanuc)
• Optimisation and further development of existing programmes regarding quality and efficiency
• Creation and maintenance of setup sheets, manufacturing strategies and production documentation
• Setting up and operating modern CNC milling machines
• Carrying out quality controls according to specifications and requirements
• Active participation in the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes (CIP / 5S)

Your Profile

• Completed training as a polymechanic, ideally with a focus on milling
• Several years of experience in CNC milling, preferably in the multi-axis area
• Experience in CAM programming, ideally with TopSolid
• Confident handling of technical drawings and 3D models
• Structured, precise and independent way of working
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Willingness to take on deputy responsibilities
