CNC Milling Machine Operator (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Programming and setup of CNC milling machines
- Creation and optimisation of CNC programmes with Mastercam (2D and 3D)
- Working with SolidWorks to support manufacturing processes
- Responsibility for the production of aluminium components with high quality requirements
- Conducting first article inspections and ensuring quality standards
- Monitoring and controlling ongoing production
- Manufacturing of small series and batch orders
- Performing general mechanical tasks such as CNC punching and stud welding
- Continuous optimisation of manufacturing workflows and processes
- Participation in lean production methods and improvement projects
Your Profile
- Completed training as a polymechanic with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ), preferably specialising in CNC milling
- Several years of professional experience in CNC programming
- Experience with CAM systems, ideally Mastercam
- Good knowledge of SolidWorks application
- Independent, reliable and structured working style
- High quality awareness and strong personal responsibility
- Team-oriented and open personality
- Interest in modern manufacturing methods and lean production approaches
- Technical understanding and precise working method
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
