Process Specialist: Workshop
Tasks
- Analysis, optimisation and documentation of workshop processes with a focus on efficiency and quality
- Preparation of key figures and reports as a basis for managing and further developing workshop operations
- Support with SAP and ancillary systems as well as interface to IT and specialist departments
- Planning, control and implementation of projects including budget and deadline monitoring
- Introduction of new IT tools, AI-supported solutions and standards as well as training of employees
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a technical or commercial field; further training as a technician HF operational technology, process technician HF or process specialist advantageous
- Business fluent German skills
- At least 3 years of professional experience in process and project environments
- Experience with process modelling (BPMN), Lean/Six Sigma and project management
- Very good MS Office and SAP knowledge as well as high IT and AI affinity
