Carrefour-Echallens and Carrefour-Morges are emergency and short-term reception homes for adolescents aged 13 to 18. We work closely with families and placement services in order to assess the feasibility of a return to the family or the need to establish a medium to long-term home.

Your role:
• Support adolescents in their daily lives
• Work with families
• Collaborate with a diverse professional network
• Participate in a frank and active team dynamic

Your profile:
● Swiss ES/HES diploma – SEFRI mandatory for foreign diplomas
● Experience with young people in residential care
● Practice in family interviews
● Knowledge of network work, teamwork and autonomy
● Good stress resistance

● Proficiency in common IT tools
● Driving licence
● Training or interest in systemic approach: a real plus
