What awaits you

• Oral and written advice to our Private and Corporate clients, particularly in the following areas, including taking over a portfolio of ongoing cases: Labour law (private and public law contracts, disputes with joint committees, etc.); Unemployment insurance; and Loss of earnings insurance
• Pragmatic resolution of legal issues and examination of facts in the relevant areas
• Conducting negotiations, by phone and in writing, with policyholders, opposing parties, technical experts, and authorities

What you bring

• University education in Swiss law (Master of Law), experience in the relevant fields, a lawyer’s licence is an advantage
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Good management of a significant workload and autonomy in your working methods
• Stress resistance
• Quick and pragmatic analysis of problems and search for precise and appropriate solutions
• Enjoyment of client contact and teamwork, as well as the ability to work independently, precisely, and purposefully, even during busy periods
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills and very good written expression
• Good knowledge of English and/or German is an advantage
