What you can achieve
- You are responsible for the entire product lifecycle in the categories of milk, cream, butter, and mozzarella – from idea generation through market launch to continuous development.
- You develop and optimise the product portfolio according to market and customer needs.
- You analyse market, customer, and competitor data and derive well-founded recommendations for action.
- You actively participate in the development and implementation of category strategies, taking into account profitability, capacities, and customer needs.
- You identify opportunities and risks early and use data-based insights for strategic decisions.
- You work closely with research & development, sales, purchasing, controlling, and production departments to ensure successful project implementation.
What you bring
- You have several years of experience in product management, category management, or a comparable role, ideally in the FMCG sector.
- You impress with strong analytical skills and can derive concrete recommendations for action from complex data.
- You have solid knowledge of Excel as well as experience with BI tools and NielsenIQ.
- You think strategically, act entrepreneurially, and work in a structured and independent manner.
- You communicate confidently with different stakeholders and succeed in bringing various interests together.
- You have very good German and English skills.
