Responsibilities:

• Receiving, analysing and resolving IT support requests in the areas of workplace, hardware, software and peripheral devices
• Supporting employees with questions regarding Microsoft 365 and other business applications
• User and permissions management
• Setting up and maintaining IT workplace infrastructure
• Documenting faults, solutions and instructions
• Forwarding complex faults to second level support or external partners
• Participating in IT projects as well as in the continuous improvement of our support processes
• Ensuring compliance with IT security policies
• Creating and maintaining scripts/batch jobs
• Change & release management
• Participating in IT audits and the implementation of regulatory requirements
• Deputising in the area of facility management

Requirements:

• Completed training in the field of computer science
• Practical experience in first-level support
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and ITIL processes
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Enjoyment of direct contact with users
• Independent, structured and reliable working style
