Team Leader: Guidelines
What awaits you:
- Lead a committed team both professionally and personally
- Actively drive the digital transformation of the area and further develop processes, working methods, and services
- Take responsibility for creating, developing, and updating operational regulations, instructions, and guidelines
- Ensure professional review and approval of internal and external documents
- Actively participate in internal and external expert groups
- Ensure timely distribution of regulations and guidelines to train personnel
What you bring with you:
- Completed technical degree and several years of experience in the railway environment
- Confident handling of operational, regulatory, and organisational frameworks
- Consulting competence and a clear view of complex interrelationships
- Proficient in professional analysis and approval of guidelines and instructions
- Very good German skills, French is a plus
- Enjoy taking responsibility for a team and shaping clear structures
