Lead Software Engineer - Business Applications (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Develop, modernise, and take technical responsibility for ERP systems and internal business applications.
Analyse business processes, data models, data flows, and interfaces and translate them into scalable software solutions.
Design software architectures for new tools and features and lead smaller development projects and task forces professionally.
Integrate AI-supported tools, automations, and intelligent workflows purposefully into business processes.
Ensure code quality through reviews, tests, and documentation and support developers through mentoring and technical sparring.
Qualifications:
Several years of experience with ERP, business, or enterprise applications as well as senior developer, technical lead, or comparable responsibility.
Solid development experience with C++, C#, Java, or comparable technologies and good understanding of software architecture and domain logic.
Experience with databases, Git, testing, and code reviews; REST, messaging, system integration, and Qt/QML are advantageous.
Practical experience with AI-supported tools and automation as well as ideally with refactoring, performance optimisation, and system modernisation.
Strong analytical and communication skills as well as experience with mentoring, agile methods, or technical project coordination are advantageous.
