Lead System Engineer (m/f/d)

Implementation and management of demanding enterprise IT projects for national and international clients
Analysis, conception, and optimisation of existing IT infrastructures as well as development of modern system and network architectures
Technical consulting for sales in feasibility studies, solution designs, and proposal preparations as well as support with technical customer queries
Analysis and resolution of complex issues in 2nd-level support, maintenance of existing customer solutions, and taking on on-call duties
Further development of the ICT portfolio through evaluation of new technologies, close collaboration with internal departments and external partners, and implementation of innovations into practice
Qualifications:
Completed IT training as well as further education at HF, FH, or university level in computer science or business informatics
At least 10 years of professional experience in a service-oriented IT environment with external clients and proven experience in complex IT projects
Solid knowledge in network, security, SaaS, virtualisation, UCC, and session border controller solutions as well as ideally vendor certifications
Strong analytical, systematic, and solution-oriented working style as well as high self-responsibility, communication skills, and team orientation
Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
