- Recording customer concerns and creating repair orders
- Scheduling and coordinating workshop capacity
- Communication with the workshop regarding diagnoses and necessary repairs
- Preparation of cost estimates and offers
- Informing customers about additional work or delays
- Vehicle handover and return including invoice explanation
- Associated administrative and office work (order processing, warranty claims, filing)
- Training as an automotive mechatronics technician, specialist or comparable professional experience
- Several years of experience in the field
- Independent, reliable and precise way of working
- Physical resilience and manual dexterity
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Friendly manner and customer-oriented mindset
