Transport Operations & Customer Service Coordinator 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You identify delays and other deviations, coordinate the next steps with dispatch, and inform the customers

• You support customers in German and English and answer questions about ongoing transports

• You record transport orders and keep transport data as well as status messages up to date in our modern ERP system

• You work closely with our European branches and our international dispatch team

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification

• You are interested in international transport processes. Initial experience in logistics or customer service is welcome but not a prerequisite

• You communicate confidently and clearly in German and English

• You set priorities and remain friendly and reliable even when several enquiries arrive simultaneously

• You enjoy working with digital systems and pay attention to correct, up-to-date data

• You ask questions, think ahead, and like to contribute to a team
