Responsibilities:
As a central contact person, you translate complex business questions into meaningful analyses, visualisations, and understandable decision-making bases.
You are responsible for reporting and further develop Power BI solutions with clear KPI logic, high data quality, and increasing self-service capability.
You manage the incentive and target-setting process of the field sales together with relevant stakeholders and subsequently measure the achieved performance.
You also contribute your expertise to campaign evaluations, brand visibility measurements, launch trackers, as well as cross-departmental digitalisation and process projects.
Qualifications:
A commercial basic education or a comparable qualification forms your foundation.
You have several years of experience with reporting, data analysis, or sales analytics and know how to translate data into concrete business insights.
You work confidently with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modelling.
Very good German and good English skills are required.
