Your Tasks
- Operation and monitoring of CNC-controlled production equipment
- Ensuring a trouble-free and efficient production process
- Carrying out maintenance work on the equipment
- Responsibility for tool changes and machine readiness
- Provision and control of the materials required for production
- Monitoring quality requirements and compliance with production standards
- Identifying and implementing optimisation opportunities in the production process
- Supporting the continuous improvement of workflows and processes
- Documenting relevant production data
- Close cooperation with internal specialist departments
Your Profile
- Completed technical or craft apprenticeship
- Experience with CNC systems or industrial production equipment
- Technical understanding and practical working approach
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system and occasionally in a 3-shift system
- Independent, reliable, and responsible working style
- High quality orientation and careful work
- Team-oriented, flexible, and resilient personality
- Good user knowledge of common IT programmes
- Enjoyment of modern production technology
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
