For our ROCKEN partner, a large institution in healthcare, we are seeking an engaged individual for corporate nursing controlling due to a retirement. You will take on a central role in the economic management of the nursing sector and support the CNO as well as the nursing managers as a sparring partner in financial and strategic matters. As part of the Finance Directorate, you are responsible for the financial concerns of the CNO Directorate.
Responsibilities:
You take on a central role in the economic leadership and management of the nursing sector and support the CNO as well as the nursing managers in financial management, especially in monitoring budget compliance
You actively shape the financial and budget planning of the nursing sector and prepare calculations for resource and personnel planning, among other things based on NHPPD
You analyse personnel, performance, occupancy, and quality data, identify development potentials, and derive optimisation measures together with the CNO and nursing managers
You are responsible for nursing-specific data collection and evaluations, especially in the areas of LEP, NHPPD, and nursing complex treatment (CHOP) as well as other legal and operational requirements
You continuously develop control instruments, key figure models, and reporting, thus contributing to data-based management of the CNO Directorate
Qualifications:
You have a completed degree at university of applied sciences or university level, preferably with a business, health economics, or nursing background
You bring several years of professional experience in an economic controlling function in healthcare, ideally in nursing controlling, health management, or a comparable environment
You have a strong understanding of economic contexts as well as experience advising executives on strategic and operational issues
You possess very good analytical and conceptual skills, a strong affinity for numbers and IT, and sound knowledge in data analysis; experience with LEP is an advantage
You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented with high personal responsibility and enjoy actively shaping change processes
