As Stewarding Manager & Instructor, your main missions will be:

• Teach, supervise and assess students in stewarding operations
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Stewarding Department.
  
• Lead, coach, and develop the Stewarding team.
  
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
  
• Coordinate academic and operational activities to ensure alignment between training and industry practices.

We are looking for someone who has :

• Teaching and facilitation skills
• Experience in Student coaching and assessment
• Effective classroom and workshop management
• Ability to translate operational expertise into learning experiences
• Proven experience in the implementation and enforcement of health, safety, and food safety standards.
• Experience working in an international and multicultural environment.
• Fluent knowledge of French & English
