Role:
For an established fiduciary and consulting company in the Lucerne region, we are looking for a motivated individual who wishes to specifically expand their existing knowledge in fiduciary services. The company primarily supports SMEs from gastronomy, hospitality and related service sectors and combines personal client consulting with modern, digital accounting processes.
In this position, you will work closely with experienced professionals and gradually take on more responsibility for your own client mandates. This offers you an attractive opportunity to further develop your expertise in accounting, taxes and payroll and to establish yourself in the long term towards mandate management.

Responsibilities:
You handle the financial accounting of various SMEs and ensure complete and correct posting.
When preparing interim and annual financial statements, you support the responsible mandate managers and increasingly take on your own closing tasks.
You prepare VAT returns and check the underlying postings.
You participate in payroll processing, social security accounting and annual declarations.
You prepare tax returns for natural and legal persons and, with increasing experience, prepare them independently.
In communication with clients, you clarify accounting documents, missing information and administrative questions.
You prepare business management evaluations and industry-specific key figures clearly.
You support the digitalisation of client accounting and the optimisation of existing workflows.
With growing expertise, you take on your first own mandates and increasingly accompany clients independently.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial basic training, ideally with experience in a fiduciary company
Initial practical experience in financial accounting, fiduciary services or a comparable commercial financial function
Interest in further training in fiduciary or financial and accounting fields
Basic knowledge of accounting, VAT and ideally payroll administration
Enjoyment of digital working methods and modern accounting systems
Experience with Abacus or comparable fiduciary solutions is welcome
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
Careful, reliable and structured working style
Open and customer-oriented personality with interest in economic contexts
Motivation to take on long-term responsibility for own client mandates
